You are having swollen legs and heart problems at the same time. One of the causes to your swollen legs is heart problems (especially when it comes to heart failure).

Drugs you are using for heart problems can also cause swollen feet.

Kidney problems (especially associated with albumin in urine) can also cause swollen feet. Rheumatismal diseases or problems with leg blood vessels can be another factors.

Can you please provide the following additional information:
- what kind of heart problem you are having?
- the medications you are currently taking?
- are you also having problems with kidney or liver or deep vein thrombosis?
