Brief Answer:
likely due to allergic reaction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms are due to allergic reaction to cold. I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by a medical professional.

An antihistamine like Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day can help you in relieving your symptoms. Warm saline gargles and rinses will have added benefits.

Further medical management can be planned according to the clinical evaluation done by your doctor.

I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.
