What Causes Swelling Of Penis, Difficulty In Urinating And Pain?
Question: I was masturbating earlier and my penis was really swollen it felt weird like it's got fluid or something in it. g haven't had sex in a while so it's no std. But I was going pee and I stopped cuz it was causing some pain

Thanks for your query.
The most probable reason for the swelling and feeling fluid is an internal trauma to the loose areolar tissue under the skin which allows easily gliding of the skin over the shaft. During masturbation the small blood vessels might have got ruptured or the excessive harsh rubbing caused the fluid to get accumulated.
The same thing must have caused erosion in the urethra causing you painful peeing.
I would advise the following:
Give full rest to the penis till it becomes normal. This may need taking some medicine like Amitryptiline at bedtime to avoid morning erection, which may cause pain and late healing. (you need a prescription from a local Doctor)
Have a course of an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medicines like Ibuprofen.
Have Urine test.
This may heal within a few days.
If there is blackening or any other problem like an infection / wound, consult a Doctor for direct visualization to get the actual problem and get a proper treatment.

this is it rite now. and would benadryl help

Seen the pictures posted here and now I can see the the veins to be visible meaning not much of an edema (swelling).
Benedryl can help only if this is caused by any insect bite or reaction to something which you might have applied during masturbation.
