Question : My foreskin is swollen applied Candida no effect also applied coconut oil which gives small relief. There are cuts in foreskin they disappear and again appear. My sugar post lunch is 170

Brief answer....given below Detailed answer.... Hello, Thanks for the query. inflammation of foreskin and glans penis is called as balanoposthitis. Uncontrolled sugar levels result in passage of glucose on urine which gets stuck under foreskin resulting in multiplication of bacteria and fungus. Treatment requires .. proper control of blood sugar levels Swab culture of foreskin and then applying local anit fungal and antibiotic as well as oral medication also. If there is history of repeated healing and cracking,then best treatment is circumcision. Consult a surgeon because your having repeated cracks and cuts.
