Brief Answer:
Furuncle

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Probably you have developed furuncle.
It's a bacterial infection.
Swelling might be associated with this.
Treatment is with oral and topical antibiotics.
A combination of oral cefixime 200 mg twice daily for a week and ointment mupirocine to be applied thrice daily for a week should help you.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
This will help me in giving a closer diagnosis.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
