Question : Cortisone 10 made my penis swell just below the head should I ice it it's pretty bad

But I think that you need not do anything as it will become normal on its own in some time. You can take trypsin-chymotrypsin tablets or mild painkillers to reduce pain. Its better to avoid ice because as penis is supplied by end artery, sudden application may lead to localised vasoconstriction leading to diminished blood supply.
