Question : Hi. The last few days the right side of my face has been slightly swollen including the lower lid of my eye. I don't have any pain and my eye is not watery. Vision seems to be the same. Not sure what is going on.
Brief Answer:
infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for consulting HCM.
I have gone through your query and seen your picture attached in the report.
there is a mild swelling in right side.
Do you have etching also on that area of face ?
Are you taking any medication ?
Do you have fever also?
It can be due to some infection or allergy.
In that case amoxycillin plus clavulanic acid can be taken and for allergy cetrizine can be taken through prescription.
Hope this answer helps you.

Thank you for your response. I don't have any itching or a fever. The only new medication that I am on is Prozac 20mg once a day. Could the swelling be coming from a tooth infection even though I really don't have any pain?
Brief Answer:
infection
Detailed Answer:
Prozac is an antidepressants.
Tooth infection can cause swelling but it is related to toothache also.
as in your case there is no pain in any tooth so there is a least chance of swelling due to tooth infection.
if I were your treating doctor I would advice you to take amoxycillin plus clavulanic as I said earlier.
Keep a watch on swelling. It will go away in 3 -5 days.
if the swelling remains or increses in size then you should visit a doctor.
Take care
