Brief Answer:
Scrotal ultrasound will be needed.

Detailed Answer:
Good Day and thank you for being with Healthcare Magic!

A swollen tessticles without pain would either be hydrocoele or presence of water in the testis or an inguinal hernia. Did this happen over a long time or it just appeared in an instant. It is really very hard to diagnose testicular abnormalities without a proper physical examination and an ultrasound. I suggest doing a testicular ultrasound to have a good look inside your scrotum to properly diagnose your problem and advise the appropriate treatment.
