Question : Hi Dr. Rynne,
I've never been allergic to anything before, however whenever I perform oral sex on my fiancè, my lips become really swollen so much so, that I have to go to the ER. Why is this?

This is a little strange! The only thing that I can imagine is an allergic reaction. It could be an allergic reaction to his soap, lubricant, condom or whatever came into contact with his penis. If you have had a serious reaction in the past then you should visit an allergologist for further investigation. Meanwhile you should avoid the inciting factor.
