Question : What might be causing my right leg to swell, primarily from the calf to the foot?
I've been spending more time than usual at my home computer (I'm retired), and can see a connection to those sessions with my leg swelling; but when the swelling subsides, it still doesn't match the left leg and remains slightly swollen.

Excessive sitting will lead to both legs swelling.
as you have swelling in one leg only there can be possibility of lymph edema. Lymphangiography may help in diagnosis.
Another possibility of nerve compression leading to swelling.

Thank you, Doctor XXXXXXX I will check into both possible conditions. There has been some numbness with the swelling, and a slight ache at the back of my thigh which I'm guessing could be due to either condition.
