1. Have swelling from today afternoon , Pain in ear started yesterday .
2. Location is under Right ear below , the swelling is very minimum .
3. Basically pain in swallowing and throat .
4 No discharge and all .
5 No other problems , have a sore throat .

The swelling under the ear appears to be due enlarged lymph gland secondary to throat infection.
I advise you to get examined by a doctor for proper evaluation.
A course of an appropriate antibiotic like cap Amoxicillin three times daily along with NSAID pain killer like Ibuprofen three times daily with frequent saline water mouth gargle will be effective in getting rid of the throat infection as well as the swelling under the ear.
