Hi,

Can you please send a picture of the swollen place under your eyes? Can you also mention any other health problem you might be having recently?

Possible causes might include:
- injury due to any recent trauma
- kidney problems (infection): should run urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound
- allergy or infection of eyelids
- heart problems : should run cardiac tests
