Brief Answer:
please try taking tablet cetrizine 10 mg

Detailed Answer:
Hello

The swishing sound in the ear can be due to two reasons .

The first one , which is more likely is that the chlorine/disinfectant in the water has entered your ear and caused a swelling , which is narrowing the ear canal and causing the sound , this will subside in 2-3 days , but you may need antibiotic-steroid combination drops , for which you will have to meet your doctor.

The second reason may be that the water has entered your nose and blocked the eustachian tube ( normal tube between the ear and nose) , for this you will need to start on tablet cetrizine 10 mg at night and oxymetazoline 0.1%nasal drops ( 2 drops 3-4 times a day) in your nose . This will help open up the tube and relieve your symptoms.

Please dont worry , you will be fine!
