Question: I have a swollen abdomen which is making it hard to breathe sometimes, swollen ankles, swollen hands, weight gain and I am tired all the time, I have always had problems with constipation too. I already have Diabetes Type 1 for 43 years and Heart Disease with a double cabbage done in 18 years ago, could this be the beginning or the end of CHF?

Brief Answer:
Can be caused by thyroid disorders

Detailed Answer:
Dear Mrs,

I would advise you to have thyroid tests done, such symptoms are common for thyroid problems.
If they come back normal, then check kidney function.

Take care
