Brief Answer:
Talk to the Radiologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and the images that you have posted.
Noted your history of a lump on lower leg which started as a painful one 3 months ago but the pain eventually went away.
The leg is swollen, feels heavier to lift than the other. If the ultrasonic density of the lump is same as the tissues around ultrasonography may not detect the lump in spite we feel it.
It is prudent if you can please discuss this issue with the Radiologist and ask a direct question whether MRI will help or not; if it does as per the opinion of your Radiologist, go ahead with MRI , get a diagnosis for facilitating further management as the lump is already months old.

I hope this answer helps you for early diagnosis.

my doctor didn't give me the report she did say that there was no abnormalities on the bone or tissue. I do have some authorities on my knee and there are two small dark spots on the imagine of my xray near the lining of the egde on my leg if you understand what I mean. You can see the lump to. They has requsted me to get a mri done. I just wish someone would tell me what it can be or is it just nothing

Brief Answer:
may be nothing and MRI will give better diagnosis.

Detailed Answer:
X-rays are primary investigations and are good for bony defects.
Looks normal, there is lots of overlapping of the tissues including the bones hence the densities can be varied and deceptive.....
If possible, get the MRI done. How much does it cost in your currency in your country?

I'm having some issues with my leg tonight I am getting this tightness and sort it like tingly feeling on my foot tho and a hot rush up my leg it quite annoying could this have something to do with the limp?

Answered by Dr. T Chandrakant (15 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Please post clear photographs

Detailed Answer:
Noted your recent history of tightness, tingly on foot and hot rush up the leg.
Could be related to the lump.
If possible post clear photographs of the affected part and area and foot.
You can try to elevate the foot (with support of something like pillows or so) in lying down position above the heart level, may help in relieving symptoms.
