Question : Hello. I am a male. Last night during a sexual encounter I had an erect penis and my partner was on top of me. I felt a pull that was kind of painful but I didn't think much of it. I didn't ejaculate but when I went to the bathroom I noticed my penis was lumpy and swollen near the head and my scrotem is swollen. I don't have any discomfort just the lumpy swelling in the area.

Brief Answer:
Please consult a urologist Immediately

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for choosing wwwhealthcaremagic.
From the description , it appears that you have fracture shaft of penis. You have to consult a urologist immediately . He will order an ultrasound and if it turns out to be a fracture indeed, it has to be repaired immediately.
Fracture penis involves injury to corpora cavernosa associated with significant collection of blood inside. If you spend more than 24 hours , healing process starts which is not good. It is because fibrous tissue is formed ,causing deformity of penile shaft so surgical intervention at this stage has poor results
