Question: I have may-thurner syndrome and had an iliac stent/angioplasty about 10 days ago. My leg is red/ swollen, worse than before the procedure. How long before it gets better?

Worsening of the redness and swelling after the procedure indicate that there is still a problem, the blockage has not been relieved.

I would advise you to get further clinical evaluation, examination and color doppler study of the left abdomen to leg down to see why there is worsening, so that corrective measures can be taken.
