Brief Answer:
Kidney/arthritis/staying sit/standing for long periods...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns. I have also gone through the photo you sent in and noticed that your feet are really swollen on your ankles.

Apart high blood pressure, other causes to swollen feet include:
- kidney problems: I advise to run urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound to rule them out
- staying sit or in standing position for long periods
- arthritis: get X-ray of your ankles
- problems with leg blood vessels: Echo doppler advised

Until the tests results are in, I highly advise to :
- avoid staying sit or in standing position for long periods
- if your work requires staying in such positions, I highly advise to take short breaks from time in time to make your legs move.

Hope it was of help!
