Brief Answer:
Kindly provide clinical photograph

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Sir

The cause is likely to be due to skin and subcutaneous tissue infection as result of trauma associated with tatto. If the discharge is clear it's likely to be seroma . Exact assessment of lesion and further management will depend on clinical examination.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the clinical photograph and also the following additional information for me to be able to assist you

1. Where is the location of tattoo?
2. Is there any discolouration or redness of surrounding skin ?
3. Do you have fever ?

Awaiting your response

Take care

Dear Sir

It is likely to be Cellulitis. It would be very helpful if you could provide clinical photograph for clinical assessment( you can upload the images in upload report available on the website or alternatively mail the photos to YYYY@YYYY with subject line being "Attention Dr Deepak Kishore"). In the meantime I would suggest you the following

1. Local Application Of antibiotic Cream

2. Oral Antibiotics

3.Oral Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen which is available as over the counter medication will be helpful
