Question : my wite had back surgery over a week ago she now has swollen feet and leg and in much pain should I be consurned she also seems to be pail or light yellowish

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Post surgery, painful swollen feet and leg may be due to variation in blood supply and needs to be concerned. Light yellowish or pale may be due to anemia or due to variation in liver function.

She needs to get evaluated for both of them with some investigations like complete haemogram, liver function tests, renal function tests and lower limb doppler scan may be required. So I advice to consult your doctor for examination and management.

For now keep legs in elevated position, NSAID like aceclofenac or ibuprofen will help in reducing the pain.
