Question : I had sex using condom but i felt that my penis's foreskin is little swollen.when I again had sex after a few days,my foreskin is itching and I am able to see some redness there.kindly suggest me any cream to apply on the affected area.

As you used condom, there is no chance of getting STI. It can be some thing from within.
1- it could be due to poor hygiene around tip of penis. Here smegma is deposited and if not cleaned, get cause problems like you mentioned
2- are you diabetic? Itcan cause all kinds of infections.
I think you should get yourself checked for Diabetes and if it is normal, make habit of cleaning the penile head with running water while taking bath and apply some cream containing anti fungal like ketokonazole and antibiotic like Neosporin.

I felt a little pain while retracting foreskin of penis.i have applied neosporin skin ointment on the foreskin.I need to apply any other cream?
