Question : Hi, I am having swelling of my foreskin after having intercourse. I am taking 400mg of ibuprofen and icing. What else can I do.

Roll foreskin forwards.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i advise you, to discontinue with Ibuprofen.
What you should do is gently roll the foreskin forwards, towards the tip of penis.
If you find it difficult, you may use some vaseline, over the tip of the penis head.
Gradually you should be able to get the foreskin in normal position.
The swelling will reduce after that.
Wish you a speedy relief.
