Brief Answer:
Nodes are usually enlarged during respiratory infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HealthCare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Upper respiratory tract infection in adolescent is usually associated with enlargement of lymph nodes.

I would suggest the following which will definitelty help in managing upper respiratory infection

1. Warm Saline Gargling: Add 2 spoons of salt to glass of lukewarm water and gargle 3-4 times a day
2. Continue giving Cetrizine
3. Decoction: 1 cup of milk+ 1 teaspoon turmeric+ 2 gm of ginger+ 10 leaves of tulsi+ 2 black pepper+ 2 spoon sugar, bring it to boil. Serve it hot to her, few sips at a time. To take it 4 times a day.
4. Steam inhalation for 15 minutes every session 4 times a day

5. Anti-tussive cough syrup will be helpful

In case you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Wishing you happy and healthy life

Take Care

Best Regards

Dr Deepak
