Brief Answer:
no lymph nodes are present on forehead

Detailed Answer:
Hello

My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try my best to help you in the best possible way. From your statement and medications that you are using i have concluded that you have chronic sinusitis followed by swelling of glands.
First thing i want to clear is that no particular lymph nodes are present on forehead so i would request you to please elaborate the leision on forehead so that i can guide you about that in a better way. It would be best if you take a picture of the area and share here with me. Burning sensation in the eyes is because of allergic response. For sinus infection i would suggest you following things:
> Take Moxifloxacin 400mg 3 times a day for 7 days
> Take acetaminophen for pain & fever (if occurs)
> Take levocetirizine one at night for 5 days.
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.
> Take boiling water in a pot, put your head over the steam and cover whole with a sheet. Take deep breaths in it.(Avoid getting closer else it might cause burn). Do this twice a day.

AVOID:
> Chilled water
> Drinks
> Spicy food
> Smoking
> Dust & pollen

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
