                                            it needs investigation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I don't believe there is any link between your drugs, the stent and the lymph nodes. Neither plavix nor carvedilol are supposed to cause lymph node enlargement. The most common causes of neck node enlargment include upper respiratory tract infection and local inflammation.
If the nodes are larger than 1.5-2.0 cm then investigation would be recommended, unless an obvious cause can be detected by your doctor. Ultrasound evaluation and clinical examination are very useful in assessment. Blood tests may reveal clues to the diagnosis like white blood cell count alterations or inflammatory markers elevation. If there is suspicion for infectious causes then specific antibody tests can be ordered (Toxoplasma for example). The thyroid and the salivary glands should be checked clinically or with ultrasound scans.
Depending on the size of the nodes and the rest of the clinical details, other tests might be helpful as well, like a chest X-ray (and perhaps a computed tomography also) and a computed tomography of the abdomen (CT scan), looking for enlarged nodes in the chest and abdomen.
I hope I've helped!

Kind Regards!

 that's a good decision
Detailed Answer:
Visiting your internist is the best thing you can do! Hoarseness and upper respiratory symptoms, also need assessment (particularly the hoarseness and particularly if it is protracted).
Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
