We need to find the reason for swelling over your body, before we can suggest you treatment. As treating the cause is most important.
I need following details to help you better:

1. Since when are you having this problem?
2. Swelling started first where? On face or hands?
3. Any swelling near eyes (Periorbital area)
4. Any swelling in legs?
5. Any history of any kidney problems?
6. Any history of reduced urine output?
7. Any history of weight gain, joint pains, lethargicness?
8. This swelling developed acutely or developed gradually?
9. Any history of Thyroid disease or any cardiac issues?
10. Any breathlessness, chest pain?

This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me and answer these questions preferably in point wise manner.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
In such condition I would advice you an evaluation.
Get following investigations:
1. Thyroid Profile.
2. Rheumatoid Factor
3. Urine for routine and microscopy
4. Kidney Function test.
5. Xray PNS

In case you take any pain killers you should avoid taking them.
Start taking steam 3-4 times a day and an anti allergic medicine like Levocetrizine to give your sinusitus a relief as that can also cause swelling of the face.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
