Brief Answer:
taking benadryl is good

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question.
The symptoms will go away with time once you stop the tramadol but you will probably be much more comfortable if you go ahead and take an antihistamine like loratadine or benadryl. If you develop any sensation of shortness of breath of if you tongue and throat start swelling go to emergency right away. If it has been some hours since you last took tramadol this will probably not happen so just take the antihistamine and use some cold compresses on your jaw and drink some cold beverages as this will also help decrease the inflammation.
