Brief Answer:
you should tell your Urologist

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your swelling of joints of arm and swelling of ankle and feet can be linked to your kidney function. You need to get your kidney function test ( blood urea and serum creatinine). I think you should consult your urologist and tell about this.

Please fix an appointment at the earliest for the same.

Hope your query is answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
