Brief Answer:
tests advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX thanks for trusting health care magic.
The symptoms you are experiencing are related to kidney usually and also seen in diabetic patients.
So you should get the following tests done -
- urine routine and microscopic examination
- urea, creatinine and electrolytes
- fasting blood sugar
- ultrasound of kidney and urinary bladder.
After these tests we can discuss the reports and decide further course of action.
Till then
- drink lots of water
- adequate rest and keep a pillow below your feet while sleeping
- balanced diet
Wish you best of health.
Take care.
