Question: experiencing leg swelling on both sides but now more in right leg .Am getting "blisters" on legs that sometimes are broken and clear fluid drains, Blisters will sometimes start out as discolored flat patches similar to moles or even scabs. Brief Answer:
advise to do color doppler ultrasound of leg.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXX
Welcome to hcm.
I dr jadia have gone through your question.
As you had blisters on both leg with history of high blood pressure and smoking, I would suggest to do color doppler ultrasound of leg to rule out varicose ulcers or deep vein thrombosis.
And inr ratio.
So i would suggest to consult cardio vascular surgeon and plan accordingly, meanswhile stop smoking.
Hope i answered your question.
Would be happy to help you further.
Take care.
