Brief Answer:
chronic submandibular sialoadenitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your query.
In my opinion, swollen glands present under the jaw are most probably chronically infected submandibular salivary glands.
As far as your age is concerned, swelling not associated with pain, not increasing in size all do not suggest cancer.
If symptoms persists, then I would suggest you to consult with the doctor and get FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology)done to rule out cancer.
Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.

Thanks it's about the size of my ring finger nail been the 5 months or so I'm a hypochondriac so you don't think it's cancer. I has blood work in May and everything was normal

Brief Answer:
Do not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for your follow up query.
As far as my knowledge holds, you don't have any features suggestive of cancer.
Good that your blood work is normal.
If you still have doubt, you can get a FNAC of the swelling done.
But I don't recommend it.
Thanks.
