What Causes Swollen Lymph Nodes, Headache And Neck Pain?

as per your last reply, sir i will tell you i read from internet that without fever lymp nodes are dangrous.
As you knw i was having heache(which is very much reduced ) , then neck pain and then this throat problem. something in throat i feet a gland under chin or in throat and i visit doctor , he give me antibiotics which i have shared with you.. things became normal in near about 7 days and then problem started. this time left side of jaw to back side of ear i was feeling little swelling and left side ear also giving pain . and now today is 3rd day. and now i am feeling it is reduced. but sir i am in a fear that this will not fully finished or it will again start . kindly reply as i have described . what should i do . i am doing time gargle with salted water. and taking anti allergy also. how many days it will take to normalize.?

And I want you to get it confirmed first. This is the reason why I insisted so much on ultrasound.
In my opinion, your ultrasound neck will come normal only.

Sir 50mg diclofenac sodium once a day is enough? also i am taking anti allergy.

i know sir i am questioning again and again. But i am explaining what i am feeling. infact now i dont feel pain . may be it is due to medicine. also headache/neck pain is very reduced. Now the problem is like , if i swallow my sliva. i feel sound in my left ear. a very slight dull of pain is in my throat still in left side. and sometimes a pain that start from left side of throat to ear.
if i touch my throat left side it is little warm. but right side is normal. sir kindly tell me when i could be XXXXXXX how much time it will take to normal.
