Brief Answer:
Oral & topical antibiotics, anti inflammatory medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic,

If I were your treating doctor I would recommend you to take oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines.

Since you have already taken Amoxicillin and your problem is not responding, I would recommend you to change to some other antibiotics.

You can consult your doctor and take tablet containing combination of Cefixime 200 mg and Clavulanic acid 125 mg twice daily for 5-7 days and take tablet ibuprofen for swollen lymph nodes.

Also apply a topical antibiotic like mupirocin cream or fusidic acid cream on the affected area twice daily.

These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
