Question : What could cause ones lymphoids to swell across the chest, neck, and under the armpit ?

                                    Brief Answer:
Investigations will confirm the diagnosis.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Lymph nodes are enlarged commonly due to infection. In tropical countries, Tuberculosis is one of the commonest cause.Other causes include conditions like Sarcoidosis, Lymphoma etc.
I prefer to do FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology )of a lymph node in the neck/armpit.If it is inconclusive, I will remove one lymph node and send for Histopathological examination (Biopsy).Exact diagnosis will be confirmed.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
