Question : Hi my name is XXXX, i have a 1.1 white blood cell count which i know is quite low, i have some swollen lymph nodes on the left neck and a few on my right neck... Lately my calf feet arms and fingers ache a bit and i feel very tired at times. In your opinion what is my problem?

It may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.

Detailed Answer:

Low WBC count may be due to many reasons like viral illness,cancer of bone marrow,autoimmune causes,infection etc.
It may be due to benign reasons like temporary cessation of WBC production (like in viral illness) or it may be due to malignancy also.You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
It is important to know other factors in routine hemogram like RBC and platelet count etc.
Ultrasound of abdomen and bone marrow biopsy can be done if needed.

You don't get stressed.You should go for investigations.
Treatment depend upon findings.
