Question : My lymph nodes are swollen on the left side of my neck. It is sore to the touch

Usually such symptom is caused by an inflammation in the surrounding area. It can be ear infection, throat infection, tooth infection, or even skin infection in the head and neck area. You may have also slight fever or night sweating.
Lymphoma is rather not the case, so no need to think about it at this point.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and have physical examination. Antibiotic might be necessary.
