I have noise in my ears a lot, it comes and goes
And sometimes scalp pain that comes and goes but less often then the noise
It usually hopped in the afternoon and when I'm in hurry or stressed out but not sure if this due to stress or Sth else
How can infer rid off the noise
Also recently I feel in the night lightheaded, my body is like light al over, like I ve been drinking Sth which in not

I was busy in my clinic work.
I have gone through your 2nd query.
It is mostly due to Stress.
Lot of people can hear a buzzing noise when they can really focus on noise in a silent back ground. It is nothing to worry.
If it is associated with hearing loss only then it could be problematic. Because it would be a case of Tinnitus. If not, then I would suggest you not to worry about it.
Keep yourself busy and avoid focusing on sound which can make it much more realistic.
Turn on fan during sleep, try listening to music before sleep.
The faster you try to avoid it, the faster will be the results.
For scalp pain you can take Disprin.
I also suggest you to get your blood pressure checked as variation in BP can also lead to most of your symptoms like feeling light headedness, noise in ear etc.
