Brief Answer:
Possible inflammation.Get it physically examined by an ENT specialist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I have gone through the images which you have uploaded.Your neck region is possible having some inflammation. The cause can be infectious.

However,it is mandatory to a physical examination for inspecting and palpating the neck region and inspecting the throat and oral cavity,to establish the cause of this swelling.

I suggest you to visit an ENT specialist, and get it physically examined.

If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer them.
