Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query very carefully.

First of all I would like to check by myself all your test results. Can you upload the reports of all examinations you have done (especially cardiac echo)?

However from what I read it's obvious that your findings may be associated with:
- Pericarditis which is a complication of viral infection.
- Atherosclerosis and large arteries blockage including coronary and carotid blockage.

To definitely exclude any coronary and carotid arteries blockage it's essential to do Cardiac MRI and cardiac CT angiography. If they will result normal than your problems are definitely related to viral Pericarditis.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!

Hi back,

Your symptoms are most likely related to pericarditis. However, since you have had a very stressful job, if you feel intense chest pain you should go to ER to exclude any life threatening situation.

Otherwise, you should wait for the tests (MRI/CT scan) results.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
