Question : I have these swollen nodules in my nose and swollen glands under my chin/throat area

You are most probably having both nostril Inferior turbinate enlargement .

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query , seen your picture and understand your concern.

After reading your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having
both nostril Inferior turbinate enlargement & inflammatory lymph nodes swelling under chin .

Inferior turbinate enlargement is common in nose allergy & inflammatory lymph nodes swelling under chin is common in frequent upper respiratory track infection (URTI).

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Consult ENT Specialist for examination & for allergy treatment .

Till then Use Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Regular Antiseptic Mouth Wash twice daily like chlorhexidine / Betadin .

You will get relief .
