No burning or frequent urination. Being going on for the past 24 hours. Have no way of sending you a picture. Penis is a bit tender but not painful. No health history of items you suggested.
Infection or flow abnormality

Hello and Welcome

There are two possibilities with your description, either its an infection involving the shaft of the penis that is causing the penile tenderness and fever. It needs to be examined locally for any swelling, associated lymphadenopathy, ulcerations and vesicles. STD panel may also be required based on the physical exam and sexual history. Choice of therapy would be based on these findings in consultation with your doctor. Flow issues also need to be taken into consideration and if there is suspicion then your physician may also advise a penis ultrasound to look for adequate flow. For now ibuprofen and Tylenol can be taken to lower the pain and fever.
