Question: Hello sir ,
Today early morning I got bitten by red ant on my pensis , till now swelling not been reduce what can I do further , can u advice me a cream or medicine

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

I have seen images. There is no major bite. You can take anti histaminic/ anti allergic medicines like levocetrizine twice a day and anti-inflammatory drug like diclofenac with serratiopetidase after meal. These both are over the counter medicines. Within 12 hours you should have relief. If swelling persists for more than 24 hours after taking medicines or you have too much pain or urinary symptoms consult doctor/dermatologist to get topical steroid ointment.
