Question: I know I've got STD but I dont know why those doctors cant found out

Ok here is the reason
I accidently got unprotected oral sex with a sick girl unknown std status, a week later the tip of my penis got swollen then my urination started to leaking or dripping after urinated, the glans changing color and some bump pop up on the glans too :(
I went to Er twice because it shocking me to death but no solution, i went to check for STD several but result come back negative, this signs happnned on me almost 3 months and killing me, since this happened on me ive not sleep like a month even my family doctor gave me the sleeping pills, now ive to take the stronger sleeping pills
I think i will die soon if i cant find out what cause my penis to be like this
Please help give some advise please doctor
