Question : the skin on the shaft of my penis is swallen but only a ring around about a 1/2 thick the circumstances of the shaft. just below the head. I am cycumsised I've also been fighting yeast infection. I'm putting ketoccnazole on the yeast infection. plus I have general warts along the left side of my penis and scrotum. I'm 52

You need treatment with a combination of oral and topical antifungal medication.
A combination of tablet fluconazole 150 mg per week for 4 weeks and ointment clotrimazole to be applied twice daily for the same duration works well.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
For genital warts you can apply imiquad gel daily in night for a month.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
