Question : I have a swollen penis and have no idea whats going on, it is reddish and uncomfortable, I have a sinus infection already that I am taking Amox/Clav antibiotics for, I have no problem urinating.

I have reviewed it. Unfortunately, it is not clear enough to make the exact appreciation. However better than none.
Because you are already on a broad spectrum antibiotic, there is no reason getting too worried about an infection. I believe you are well covered and do not need antibiotics again. The next thing is that I will like you to cleanse regular on daily basis with an antiseptic solution such as Iodine. Follow this up with taking tylenol for effective pain control.
Healing would set in and all should be good in about 7-10days. I must insist there is nothing suggestive of a possible STI there.
