Question: hi I have a swollen saliva gland under my tongue along the jaw line I get them under my tongue but this one seems worse

- Rinse your mouth with warm saline water , which helps in to reduce swelling .

- Drink lots of water in order to keep mouth moist.

- Use sugar free lemon drops to increase the flow of saliva.

You can do these self care remedies at home , if it isn't get better then you can consult doctor for visual examination of swelling and you may require antibiotic treatment for it.
