Question : I resently develop a swollen like spot on my hip down ward to my leg stops a Hand length before it gets to my knee.only one hip and u can visualy see it swollen.like 3 times i have felt all'utile descomfort in my leg.its been like this for 3 weeks now,it's not sore

Possible vein thrombosis

Hi and welcome.
It would be easier if you post a photo of it but considering this it may be leg thrombosis or lymphedema and you should do Doppler ultrasound to rule this out. It may be related to tendinitis or skin infections as well. You should rest,keep leg elevated,take ibuprofen 400mg and apply elastic compresses on leg. Wish you good health. Regards
