Brief Answer:
Possible Pancreatic Pseudo cyst?Need confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,

I understand your concern.

As per your symptom profile, recurrent attacks of acute pancreatitis is known to cause a unique complication called Pseudo cyst of pancreas.

This is actually not a cancer. It is actually localized collection of pancreatic secretions accumulated after injury to pancreas as in acute pancreatitis.

It can cause localized swelling in the mid abdominal region.

Associated symptoms like pain abdomen and vomiting are common as sequel to acute pancreatitis.

For better assessment and therapeutic guidance,I advise you to get a CT scan of the abdomen .

This scan is known to accurately pick up the pseudo cyst location.

Treatment is largely surgical internal drainage via connections to stomach.

Meanwhile Vomiting and pain can be managed via symptomatic therapy with help of analgesics and anti emetics. For this I generally treat my patients with oral tablets of pantoprazole and domperidone. I suggest you to please see a doctor if his views are same and if can prescribe these drugs for you.

Pertaining to the availability of expert doctors - I recommend the following to you.
