Get Ultrasound done.
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX. Thanks for the answers. I would usually advice my patient to undergp an Ultrasound of the scrotum to know whats going on and to clarify whether Im dealing with a Hydrocele or a Hernia or something else. You could consult your Doctor and get an Ultrasound arranged. Nothing else might be required now. Do let me know the report ao that I can guide you further. Take care and if there are no further clarifications then please help us by rating this answer. Thanks.

Thank you for your answer. I realise that it is too difficult to give further advice without tests. I note that you advise an Ultrasound. let me say that I refuse to submit to such a test because of the excessive radiation. I will try and consult a doctor that I trust, not my personal doctor in whom I have not confidence. So you will have to wait until I contact one.
Thank you very much for your prompt replies and the information you have given me so far. Thank you for your honesty. Goos service.
Sincerely Yours, XXXX

Dont worry no radiation in Ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX Ultrasound does not emit any radiation. There are no side effects. It works on the principle of sound waves and therefore harmless. But totally your decision whether to go ahead or not. Do let me know either way. Take care.
