Get vaginal swabs for culture sensitivity done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcne to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.

If Fluconazole has not been effective, it could be bacterial infection.
Consult your doctor and get vaginal swabs for culture sensitivity done. This also helps to find out whether it is a STD or a simple bacterial infection.
I hope this helps .
If you have further queries, I will be happy to answer.

Yeast infection usually clears off within a week

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Yeast infection usually clears off within a week.
Recurrent yeast infection can sometimes occur specially if you have diabetes or on immunosuppressive drugs. In that case your doctor will ask you to repeat the treatment.
I hope this helps.
